Baghdad 2025 — Artistic direction & floral scenography
A French signature for a major diplomatic summit.
In May 2025, the Events by Sarah Agency was chosen to design and orchestrate the floral scenography for the Arab League Summit in Baghdad, an exceptional official event, placed under high security and hosted by the highest authorities in the Arab world.
A prestigious mission entrusted by the Italian agency, in direct collaboration with the Iraqi government protocol.

Context & Issues
Organized in Baghdad, this diplomatic summit brought together representatives of 22 countries.
My mission: to create an aesthetic universe that respects protocol, is adapted to security constraints, is elegant and evocative of Iraqi hospitality, while bringing a unique French artistic signature.
My mission on site
For several days, I led the floral scenography operations, from the artistic concept to the implementation at the strategic locations of the summit:
